For coaches

Coach more people without losing track of any of them

One list for everyone you coach, a library of plans you can reuse, and follow-up that tells you who kept up. The admin stops living in a spreadsheet next to a folder of chat threads.

  • RosterEvery client in one list
  • PlansBuild once, assign often
  • Follow-upCompletion you can read

Two ways coaches work

The same list serves both. Start from the one that sounds like your week.

I coach in the gym

  1. Write the plan once and stop rebuilding it for the next person it fits
  2. Keep the record attached to the client instead of a notebook you have to find
  3. Walk into the session already knowing what happened since the last one

I coach online

  1. Assign a plan once rather than pasting it into a message every week
  2. Read completion across the roster instead of opening twelve conversations
  3. Spend the follow-up hour on the people who actually went quiet

Where the week actually goes

Most coaches do not run out of coaching ability. They run out of evenings.

  • Chasing an answer you already paid forAsking six people whether they trained, then typing the replies into a sheet, is not coaching.
  • Rebuilding a plan you have written beforeThe fourth beginner programme should not cost what the first one cost.
  • Reconstructing the month on a SundayThe record should already be there when you go looking for it.

The four pillars

Each one has a page explaining how you use it.

Your plans and your clients in one place

A coach following ten people needs an order to the work, not a pile of separate chat threads.

  • The client listEveryone you coach with their profile, their plan, and where they stand.
  • Build once, assign oftenPrepare a plan, then assign it to whoever it fits without rewriting it.
  • See completionKnow who kept up and who fell behind before you ask.

Getting started

Three steps, all of them inside the app.

  1. Download the app

    From your device's app store.

  2. Set up your coach profile

Your details, and how you present yourself to the people you take on.

  3. Add your first client

Then build a plan and assign it. That is the whole loop, and it repeats from there.

The full walkthrough

Before you start

The questions coaches ask before they download.

Who is IronFit built for?

Coaches and personal trainers who are responsible for other people's training.

Everything on this site describes the coach side: your roster, your plan library, and the follow-up you run from it.

How does a plan get to the person I am coaching?

You assign it, and it is delivered from there. You are not re-sending it every week or pasting it into a message.

Is the app in Arabic?

Yes, with English support. You choose the language inside the app, and this site is published in both.

Where do I see subscription details?

Subscribing and managing a subscription both happen inside the app. The subscriptions page here explains the mechanism without publishing unapproved prices.
