Know who kept up before you ask

Follow-up fails quietly. Nobody announces the week they stopped training, so the only way to catch it early is a record that shows you without being asked.

What you do with the record

Three stages, and only the last one is coaching.

Read

  • Completion against the planWhat was finished, measured against what was assigned, rather than against a general impression.
  • The whole roster at onceOne view instead of opening each client in turn to find out where they are.
  • No survey requiredYou are not messaging six people to assemble a picture you should already have.

Completion is a fact. Everything else is inference.

The app records what was logged against the plan. That is a narrow claim, and it is the reason the number is worth anything.

  • It reports, it does not predictThere is no projection of where someone will be in twelve weeks, because that would be invented.
  • Gaps are information tooA plan with nothing logged against it tells you something specific, and it is usually worth a message.
  • The record outlasts your memoryWhat you did in March is still readable in July, which is when it usually matters.

About the numbers in the images

Figures shown inside screen images are display examples. They are not real user data and not documented results.

The app shows what your clients recorded. It does not estimate outcomes or promise numbers, and neither does this page.

The plan and the record are one process

Completion is logged against the plan, so a vague plan produces a vague record. The quality of what you can read later is set when you write the plan.

Questions about progress tracking

Where does the data come from?

From completion logged against the plans you assigned. Nothing is estimated, and nothing is filled in on anyone's behalf.

What if a client records nothing?

Then the plan shows nothing logged against it, which is itself the signal. An empty week is usually the one worth a message.

Can I export the record?

Ask us what the published build supports. We would rather tell you directly than publish a capability that has not been approved.

Does it connect to wearables or health apps?

No integration is published today. If it would decide the tool for you, say so in your enquiry and we will tell you where it stands.
