Terms of use create obligations on both sides, and they are only drafted with review from the responsible party.

Scope of the service
Defines what the app and the website provide, what they do not provide, and the limits of available use.

Explains a coach's responsibility for the content they create and assign to clients, and the limits of the platform's role in it.

Explains purchasing through the stores, and renewal, cancellation, and refunds under each store's own policy.
Acceptable use
Lists prohibited uses and the effect a breach has on an account.
Health notice
States that the app is a tool for organising training and nutrition rather than medical advice, and when to consult a professional.
Intellectual property
Sets out ownership of platform content and user content, and the limits of the licence each side grants.
Limitation of liability
States the limits of the platform's liability, in wording approved by the responsible party.
Termination
Explains when an account may be suspended or terminated, and the effect on data and subscription.
Governing law
Names the applicable law and jurisdiction, and is not written without approval.
